Preorder means the product is not yet in stock, but you can still order the product, and it will be shipped when the product is back in stock. Preorders will follow the same process as regular orders, however, shipping of the product will be delayed, based on the timing of the product restocking.
Cancellation of a preorder can be done prior to shipment of the product. Once the item has shipped, you will be unable to cancel the order.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, you may return the product in new condition within 30 days of receipt of the product. Refer to our Returns and Refunds section for details about returns and refunds of products.
Since ViBuGo is based out of Washington state in the United States of America, we will collect sales tax on products shipped to locations within Washington state. All other products shipped within the United States will not be charged sales tax.
To purchase our products through our website, ViBuGo accepts payments via debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Acceptable credit card companies include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please ensure that the balance on your card can accept the purchase amount to avoid overdraft fees, and make sure that your card has not expired.
At ViBuGo, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
Unless otherwise requested, we will use the United States Postal Service to ship your order. We will indicate in our order confirmation and invoice the number of estimated days for shipment of your order. We will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to track your shipment.
Shipping fees will vary depending on your geographic location. Our shipments originate from the Western United States, so shipping to destinations in the Western United States will cost less than shipping to destinations in the Eastern United States or overseas.
Shipping fees will be added to the total cost of your order upon checkout, and will be calculated based on the number of products ordered. In the case of international orders, customs costs may also be added to the total cost of your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope that you are satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product you have ordered, you are welcome to return the product in new condition within 30 days of the product delivery date. We will refund you the cost of the product, and will also cover the cost of return shipment. However, we are not able to refund the cost of initial shipment of the product.
Return requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for us to properly process your return request, you must include your invoice number, order value, and reason for returning the product. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return request. We will email you a return label, and provide your refund using the same payment method as the initial order.
